Refunds

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but are usually completed within 5–7 business days.

  • In cases of service interruptions or errors caused by Acorn Crafts OU, full or partial refunds may be provided after review.

Service Interruptions

  • Acorn Crafts OU is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers may be offered alternative rides or credits in such cases, depending on availability and discretion.
